kiss98 Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Definitions and Scope of Agreement

In this document, "kiss98", "we", "platform" or "website" refers to the online service accessible via kiss98.one. "User", "you" or "player" refers to any individual who registers or uses kiss98 services. "Account" means a user profile officially registered on this platform. "Funds" means money held in a user's account balance, including cash and eligible bonuses.

2. Account Eligibility and Registration

Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in the account being suspended temporarily until verification is complete.

Each user is only allowed to register one account. If more than one account is found to be held by the same individual, kiss98 reserves the right to close all accounts involved and withhold all funds concerned until the investigation is complete.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the kiss98 platform are subject to the following policies:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per payment method;
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per withdrawal request;
• Accepted payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH);
• Withdrawal processing time is typically between 15 minutes and 2 hours after verification is complete;
• All withdrawal requests are subject to compliance checks and identity verification.

kiss98 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment providers, technical disruptions beyond our control, or inaccurate account details provided by the user. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment account details submitted are correct and belong to them.

Deposited funds may only be used for betting purposes on the kiss98 platform. Any attempt to transfer or use funds in a manner contrary to these terms may result in account suspension.

4. Bonus and Promotion Policy

kiss98 offers various types of promotions from time to time, subject to the specific terms of each offer. The welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. This bonus carries a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal can be made.

As a calculated example: if you deposit RM100, you receive a bonus of RM100, bringing the total balance to RM200. The wagering requirement to be met is RM100 × 25 = RM2,500. For a deposit of RM800, the bonus received is RM300, bringing the balance to RM1,100. The wagering requirement to be met is RM300 × 25 = RM7,500.

The general rules for all kiss98 promotions are as follows:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise;
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash — only winnings generated from the use of the bonus are eligible for withdrawal;
• kiss98 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to exploit promotional offers improperly will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be closed.

5. Betting and Game Rules

All games offered on the kiss98 platform use certified random number generators (RNG) or are operated by licensed software providers. The result of each game is final except in cases of demonstrable technical error.

kiss98 reserves the right to void any bet placed for technical reasons, including system disruptions or pricing/odds errors. In such cases, funds will be credited back to the user's account within a reasonable period. Users may not claim any winnings based on bets voided for technical reasons.

For sports and esports betting, any bet placed after the result of a match is publicly known will be voided without notice. kiss98 uses various methods to detect and prevent such attempts.

6. Account, Password and Security

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. kiss98 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by the user's own negligence in safeguarding their password.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact the kiss98 support team immediately via live chat or email. kiss98 will not be responsible for losses that occur before a report is made.

To protect your account, we recommend that you:

• Use a unique and hard-to-guess password;
• Do not share your login details with anyone;
• Log out after each session, especially on shared devices;
• Report any suspicious activity promptly to the support team.

7. Prohibited User Conduct

kiss98 users are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following:

• Using third-party software, bots, or automated scripts to interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Creating fake accounts or using another person's identity;
• Uploading or sending content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive;
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's security systems;
• Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities found in the system — users who discover a bug must report it to the kiss98 technical team.

Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action where necessary.

8. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content on the kiss98 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and audio, is the property of kiss98 or our licensed partners. This content is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from kiss98.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, kiss98 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses or damages arising from the use of this platform. This includes but is not limited to: betting losses, service interruptions, technical errors, or decisions made based on information found on the platform.

kiss98 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be free from errors at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause the platform to be temporarily inaccessible.

10. Account Closure and Termination

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the kiss98 support team. Before closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must first be completed, and any cash balance may be withdrawn subject to the minimum withdrawal conditions.

kiss98 reserves the right to close or suspend a user's account without prior notice if there is a breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or if required by the relevant authorities. Funds in an account closed due to a violation may be held while an investigation is carried out.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

kiss98 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of this terms and conditions document at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review this document periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

For material and significant changes, kiss98 will endeavour to notify users via email or in-account notifications; however, the ultimate responsibility for keeping up with updates to the terms rests with the user.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The kiss98 platform operates under international licensing. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms and conditions shall first be resolved through negotiation between the user and the kiss98 support team. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within a reasonable period, the dispute will be referred to an arbitration body designated by our licensing authority.

The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties. The language used in arbitration proceedings is English unless otherwise agreed.
