kiss98 FAQ for Malaysian Players

The minimum deposit at kiss98 is RM30 for all available payment methods — including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX (online banking), and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC, and ETH. There is no difference in minimum limits between one method and another, so you are free to choose whichever is most convenient.

Yes, kiss98 supports FPX (Financial Process Exchange), which lets you deposit directly from your local bank account. Make sure your bank is active for FPX, then select the "Online Banking (FPX)" option on the deposit page, enter the amount (at least RM30), and follow the instructions on your bank's page. Confirmation is usually completed within a few minutes.

kiss98 accepts deposits in USDT, BTC, and ETH. After logging in, select the "Crypto" deposit method and you will be given a dedicated wallet address. Send the crypto amount equivalent to at least RM30 to that address from your crypto wallet. Credit will be added to your account once the transaction is confirmed on the relevant blockchain network.

There are a few reasons a deposit may still be processing: crypto networks require several block confirmations, or FPX transactions may need verification from the bank. Try checking the transaction status in your payment app. If the money has been deducted from your account but has not been credited after a reasonable period, contact kiss98 support via 24/7 live chat with proof of the transaction.

Yes, Touch 'n Go eWallet is one of the supported deposit methods at kiss98. It is very popular among Malaysian players because the process is simple and fast. Make sure your wallet balance is sufficient (minimum RM30) before starting the transaction. Select "Touch 'n Go eWallet" on the deposit page, then follow the verification steps in your app.

Withdrawals at kiss98 are usually processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is approved. The actual time depends on the withdrawal method chosen and system load at that time. Make sure all recipient account details are correct before submitting your request to avoid delays.

To prevent fraud and ensure account security, kiss98 encourages withdrawals to the same method used for the deposit. This is standard industry practice. If you need to change your withdrawal method, contact kiss98 customer support via live chat for assistance and guidance.

If your withdrawal is not completed after 2 hours, first check that the bonus wagering requirements have been fully met and that the recipient account details are correct.
